The property is classified as a historical-artistic monument and is identified with the BIC Monument Nacional code BOE Nº37 06/02/1942 nºreg.7026-2-2-61-000028 BIC and Conjunt Històric-Artístic BIC Nº 53 03/03/1969 nºreg. 7026-2-2-53-002169 in the General Register of Cultural Interest Properties.

The rehabilitation of the building’s facade and reconstruction of the terrace was initiated by the Community of Property Owners C/Sant Lluís. Given that the building is located in the old town of Eivissa, emphasis was placed on preserving the historical details of the house and restoring the facade in accordance with the original construction. The works were carried out in two phases, from February 2015 to June 2015, and resumed in November 2015, concluding in September 2016.
