In compliance with the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will become part of a database owned by Construcciones y Mejoras Sa Torre, S.L., whose purpose is to maintain commercial relations, as well as transmit advertising of other services, notices and offers and, in general, information of a commercial nature of interest to Construcciones y Mejoras Sa Torre, S.L. The data treatment meets the legal requirements based on at least one of the following conditions:

Respecting the statements of articles 8 of the RGPD and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, from December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, only individuals over 14 years old may grant their consent for the treatment of their personal data in a legal manner by Construcciones y Mejoras Sa Torre, S.L. If it’s a minor under 14 years old, the consent of the parents or guardians will be necessary to obtain regarding the collection and data treatment, and this option will only be considered legal to the extent of their authorization.
