Rehabilitation of the warehouse at Jardins del Doctor Pla i Armengol, an annex building to the main ensemble, Mas Ravetllat-Pla.

The intervention involves the restoration of facades, roof, interior finishes, and replacement of wooden carpentry, replicating the current ones. It also includes structural reinforcement of walls, arches, beams, and metal joists that form the floor, returning the building to its original state.
