CAN BLAU MUSIC SCHOOL

With the rehabilitation of the music school in Sant Agustí des Vedra, the problems that the building has suffered have been solved, most of them caused by the humidity. Therefore, we have made improvements to the facades of the original building with some small modifications in order to improve the general image of the entire construction and we have also repaired the roof. Another part of the building that required attention was the walkable terrace on the ground floor, where we have raised the pavement and thus, the problem of water stagnation got solved as well.
