CASA ROSA

Renovation project of the ancient house, known as “the pink mansion of Cala Salada”, includes waterproofing process of the roof and repairing water entry points. Within the project, we have repaired the wooden pergolas, also the beams at risk of breakage have been replaced. Moreover, we have repaired the cladding of the facade, which was in very poor condition, with a focus to maintain the original color. The outdoor pool has been renovated as well.
