SAINT LOUIS

Rehabilitation of the facade and reconstruction of the rooftop terrace of the ancient building. Project is financed by the Community of owners of C / Sant Lluís. Since the building is located in the Ibiza Old Town, we had to pay attention on the historical details of the house and perform the restoration process of the facade with respect to the original construction. To point out, the project has been carried out in 2 phases, from February 2015 till June 2015 and restarted in November 2015 and it was successfully completed in September 2016.
