Rehabilitation of the white simple facade and interior space of an ancient family house located in the area of Sa Penya. Due to the fact, that the building is located close to the Ibiza Old Town, our team had to be very careful with the facade’s reform, respecting the original construction of the building. Before the reform, the house was in a very inadequate state, therefore the project included not only the facade’s restoration, but also some reform of the interior area. The roof has to be done from zero, as the original one was in horrible conditions.
