With the rehabilitation of the music school in Sant Agustí des Vedra, the issues that the building had been facing, mostly caused by the passage of time and humidity, have been addressed. As a result, we have made improvements to the building’s facades with some minor modifications to enhance the overall appearance of the entire construction. Additionally, the roof has been repaired. Another area of the building that required attention was the walkable terrace on the ground floor, where we have lifted the pavement to resolve the problem of water stagnation.
