The UBS Cala de Bou had the need for an expansion of this health center, which had an area of 470.05 m2 before the renovation. The expansion added 171.33 m2 on an upper floor. The final space has exceeded 641 m2, and the number of consultation rooms has been doubled, increasing from four to eight. The project included the installation of an elevator and access via stairs to the new first floor, which was constructed on top of the existing senior center in Cala de Bou. The extension aimed to enhance the medical services and facilities available to the residents of the area.
